Terms of Use

These Terms set the conditions for using Futahibi, provided by SUKOSHI NANAME STUDIO. By using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
Futahibi is for privately recording and viewing two people’s days, places, notes and photos. Features may be added or changed without notice.
2. Your device and access
You are responsible for your device, connection, cookie and app session. A transfer code works once within 24 hours and must not be shared. Actions made with it are treated as authorised by the person controlling it.
3. Your content
Only save text and photos you have the right or consent to use. Rights remain with you or the rightful owner. You allow the Operator to store, copy, resize, convert, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide the Service.
4. Prohibited use
Do not violate law or third-party rights; misuse personal information; harass, stalk, monitor, defraud or impersonate; gain unauthorised access; obtain another person’s data or misuse a transfer code; disrupt the Service; send harmful data; or manipulate advertising.
5. Intellectual property
The Service design, program, name, logo and other elements belong to the Operator or their rightful owners. Your saved content is handled as stated above.
6. Changes, suspension or closure
We may change, suspend or end all or part of the Service for maintenance, faults, safety, legal compliance or other unavoidable reasons, with advance notice where practical.
7. Data and deletion
The Service does not guarantee permanent backup, including photo originals. Keep important files elsewhere. Deleting all data in Settings is permanent.
8. External services and links
External providers may be used to operate the Service and external links may be shown. Their own terms apply.
9. Advertising and affiliates
Clearly labelled third-party ads or affiliate links may be shown. The provider’s terms apply to products, services and transactions reached through them.
10. Warranty and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, operation on every device, freedom from data loss or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability follows applicable law and, where law permits for ordinary negligence, is limited to ordinary, direct loss actually incurred. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence or rights that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as laws or the Service change. Material changes will be announced clearly. Continued use means acceptance, except where law requires express consent.
12. Governing law and courts
Japanese law governs these Terms. Disputes are heard by a Japanese court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
