SUKOSHI NANAME STUDIO (the “Operator”) handles information used by Futahibi (the “Service”) with care under this policy.
1. Information we collect and store
The Service stores the name you use for your partner, your shared start date, recording style and initial meeting count; dates, activities, places, venues, food, notes, photos and special-day settings; a web cookie or on-device app session token; safely hashed transfer-code information; and operational data such as access time, IP address, device/browser, referrer, actions and errors.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to save, display and search memories, transfer data between devices, keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, resolve faults and improve quality. If advertising or affiliate measurement is introduced, it is used only as described here. We do not use memory or photo contents to select ads or sell them.
3. Cookies and app sessions
The web version uses a cookie and the iOS/Android app stores a session token so your device can reach its data without account registration. Removing them may prevent access. A transfer code can be created in Settings; it is stored in a form suitable for secure comparison, works once within 24 hours, and a new code invalidates the previous one.
4. Analytics and external transmission
With your choice, the Service may use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. Google may receive identifiers, page and action data, device/browser information, IP-derived approximate location and referrer data. Memory, note and photo contents are not sent to analytics. Your choice is stored in a Cookie and browser LocalStorage so it can be kept across the studio’s sites and apps. You can decline analytics and continue using essential features.
5. Photos and storage
Photos may be reduced or converted only as needed to store and display them. This is not a backup service; keep originals somewhere safe. The mobile app accesses your photo library only when you choose a photo and does not collect unselected photos.
6. Service providers
We use Cloudflare for web delivery, security, D1 database storage and R2 photo storage. Cloudflare processes stored data and communication information only as needed to provide those services, under its terms and privacy policy.
7. Advertising and affiliates
The Service may later show clearly labelled advertising or affiliate links. If a new provider receives information, this policy will identify the recipient, information and purpose. Your memories and photos are not provided for third-party ad targeting.
8. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal data to third parties except with your consent, when required by law, or through service providers necessary to operate the Service.
9. Retention and deletion
Information is kept only while needed to provide the Service or comply with law. “Delete all data” in Settings removes records and photos permanently. Security and diagnostic logs may remain for a necessary period.
10. Security
We use appropriate access controls, secure transfer-code verification and separated storage to reduce unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
11. Access, correction and deletion
You can review, edit and delete stored content in the app. For other requests, contact us; we may ask for information needed to verify you and locate the relevant data. Legally required operator details will be provided without delay upon a valid request where public display may lawfully be omitted.
